Whiteheads:
Clogging of hair follicles may bring the whiteheads and it is similar to blackheads. Whitehead is a type of acne and it remains white as it is closed off from the air.
Home remedies for whiteheads:
1. Steaming is the good option to treat whiteheads as it can open the clogged pores and can remove the excess oil & dirt.
2. Do not scrub and wash the skin frequently. It may worsen the whiteheads. Use a mild moisturizer after bathing and avoid using scented soap or cleansers.
3. Grind fenugreek leaves and apply it on the face and wash it off after 30 minutes. Do this daily to remove the whiteheads permanently.
4. Apply potato juice on the face and wash it off after it dries to clear the whiteheads.
5. Drink a glass of barley water daily to prevent the whiteheads. Get enough Vitamin D for the skin from the morning sunlight to clear off whiteheads.
