Simple Beauty Secrets

1. While sleeping at night, the cells of the skin turn to the function of repairs like regeneration, restoration and resurfacing. For better results apply the home made creams or mixtures at night.
If the anti-aging ingredients are used at night, it can nourish the skin with nutrients and helps to build new cells. Also it helps to produce collagen and elastin.

2. Citric acid and glycolic acid are the good exfoliating agents. These are useful to remove the dead cells on the skin and stimulate cell growth.
Homemade mixtures with vitamin C can be applied to rejuvenate the skin and to stimulate collagen production.











3.  Retinol is a good anti-aging ingredient as it reduces the effect of free radicals. It also boosts the collagen which can give more youthful appearance.
