Simple Hair Care Tips

Everyone wants to have a beautiful and healthy hair, as it plays a vital role in beauty. Some tips are listed, please choose and follow the suitable tip for your hair.
Slightly heat the olive oil and massage it into your hair with your finger tips and then take head bath. It will stimulate the hair follicles and propagates hair growth. Also it finally results in fine and soft hair.

Gentle shampoo should be used to wash the hair. Avoid chemical based shampoos and wash the hair with luck warm water.

Beat the egg white alone (remove yolk) and add a cup of yogurt into it. Apply it to the hair and scalp, wash out with baby shampoo after 30 minutes to get smooth hair.

Soak fenugreek seeds overnight in water, grind it and make a paste. Apply it on the hair and leave it for 30 minutes. Then wash it with mild shampoo or shikakai to remove dandruff.

A mixture of honey and milk can be applied on the hair for 30 minutes before head bath to get sleek hair.

Want to get rid of dandruff? Mix a small quantity of beat-root juice, ginger juice and vinegar. Apply this mixture on the scalp and take head bath after 20 minutes.











• Having scalp burns? Use Alo-vera based products for the hair to wash. It will heal ti and also reduce the itchiness.

Want to stop hair fall? Gently massage the almond oil on the scalp twice daily. Also stop the in-take of alcohol and caffeine.

Excessive use of hair colours may leads to hair loss. Try to lessen it and apply amla oil on the scalp daily to prevent the hair from falling.

Include more leafy vegetables, eggs and dates into your regular food, if you are suffered with hair fall. Also consume nutritious and iron rich diet.

Stress plays a major role in hair fall. So be relaxed. Also inadequate sleep at night will definitely cause the hair to fall.

The yogic practice of Pranayam increases the efficiency of the oxygen consumption thereby improving blood supply to the scalp.

Shampooing too frequently may reduce surface sebum and worsen the hair loss.

Brush and comb your hair as gently as possible without tugging on tangles. Using a good conditioner after shampooing to let you comb the hair more easily.

If you are using hair dyer after head bath, set it on a lower temperature because applying excessive heat on the hair roots may leads it to weak.

  3. I recommend you to use of Aloe Vera for hair. For this package of moisturizer, mix 1 tablespoon tablespoon aloe vera gel with one and half teaspoon lemon juice tea. Toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil. Apply on the scalp and leave for about twenty minutes and rinse off.

  6. The proper hair growth shampoo/conditioner combination will not have you waiting months for slow growing hair to grow out. Also avoid or minimize the use of hair dryers and hot curlers as much as possible. If you are at all using a hair dryer make sure you use the cool mode of the hair dryer.
